Learn how to assess the ratings and reviews of your products

You are probably curious about getting to know what is the perception of your users about your products over the internet. Thanks to Netrivals scrawling system that collects ratings and reviews directly from Amazon, you can evaluate the ratings of your products directly from the tool in a visual and easy way.

Let’s say you want to find out what is the rating of a certain product of yours. First of all, you need to visit the Ratings and Reviews menu.

Here you can see two graphs corresponding to the average ratings of all your products, as well as the number of reviews distributed by number of starts (from 1 to 5 stars).

If you don’t want to scroll down looking for a particular product, you can use the Search bar up in the top right of your screen to search for that product in an easy way. Once you’ve found the product you were looking for, a product page menu will unfold. It includes the Reviews tab, from where you can see the average rating of users as well as the evolution of rates in history.

Beneath the ratings history, there are the tags added to that product on Amazon. You can also get to see the reviews left by users on Amazon. If you click on a tag, the reviews containing that tag will show up automatically, easing up the process of searching reviews, as well as allowing you to read only the reviews that are of your interest.
