Whenever there are new notifications, you will see a number marked in red on the bell icon at the top right of the screen.
Notifications usually warn of changes and improvements to the tool. Consult them regularly to keep up to date with the latest changes in the platform.
Any time you have a doubt or don’t know how to use a certain section of our Netrivals tool, you can access our full Help Center website directly by hitting the hat icon. In case the doubt persisted, do not hesitate to contact your Customer Care specialist, who will be happy to solve your issue.
You can manage all your users by clicking on the gear icon on the top right of the screen. If you want to learn more about the users management, visit our User Management section.
From “My Account” you can select the store you want to work with.
