We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will act a liaison, provide product information, ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The Role:

The main responsibilities and duties in this role will be:

  • Maintain deep understanding of netRivals platform to speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs. 
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship and drive customer’s adoption and development of best practices to continually maximize their investment in netRivals.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risk to drive superior renewal rates and increase retention.
  • Identify and grow opportunities to ensure expansion within customers.
  • Manage the contracts and Renewals to minimize churn.
  • Be point of contact for escalations that impact the customer’s success.
  • Build strategy for your accounts to drive loyalty and avoid churn.
  • Work closely with our Support and Services Team and provide client feedback to Product Management.
  • Understand and assess customer requirements. 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Sales or proven experience in post-sales key account management.
  • You must have native or proficient level of French OR English and you are fluent in English OR Spanish; other European languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience driving customer retention initiatives.
  • Excellent communications skills (written & verbal) and active listening.
  • Ability to anticipate, identify and define problems/issues.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-growing SaaS, tech/software company industry
  • Experience in a fast-growing technological company desirable.
  • A positive attitude and great ability to adapt.

  • Working schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm. and on Friday 9 am to 3 pm.
