The Role:

We are currently searching for a Sales Development Specialist. Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a skilled Business Developer to acquire and manage new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to business development in an IT environment.

The main responsibilities and duties in this role will be:

  • Identify potential clients and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs.
  • Qualify business opportunities related to our customer’s products by e-mail, telephone and other platforms.
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in German and English (additional language skills is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software – Hubspot. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Proven working experience as a business developer, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Demonstrated experience selling via the telephone, web, and other technologies.
  • Superb written, organizational, presentation and time management skills.
  • Excellent planning and negotiation abilities.
  • Proactive and excellent team player.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated.

  • Working schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm and Friday’s from 9 to 3 pm.
